This spinach dip is completely vegan, easy to make and delicious.

  • 250 gr frozen spinach (fresh is also fine by the way)
  • 100 gr soy yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 30 gr sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonaise
  • vegan parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper


  • Defrost the spinach and let it drain well. Do you use fresh spinach? Put this in the blender and blend until the spinach is completely finely chopped.
  • Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until they are just slightly coloured.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smooth dip.
  • Season with pepper and salt.
