Spinach dip (VEGAN)
This spinach dip is completely vegan, easy to make and delicious.

Ingrediënten
- 250 gr frozen spinach (fresh is also fine by the way)
- 100 gr soy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 30 gr sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayonaise
- vegan parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper
Instructies
- Defrost the spinach and let it drain well. Do you use fresh spinach? Put this in the blender and blend until the spinach is completely finely chopped.
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until they are just slightly coloured.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smooth dip.
- Season with pepper and salt.
