Spinach dip (VEGAN)
This spinach dip is completely vegan, easy to make and delicious.

frozen spinach (fresh is also fine by the way)

soy yogurt

nutritional yeast

sunflower seeds

vegan mayonaise
vegan parmesan cheese
salt, pepper
Instructies
Defrost the spinach and let it drain well. Do you use fresh spinach? Put this in the blender and blend until the spinach is completely finely chopped.
Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until they are just slightly coloured.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smooth dip.
Season with pepper and salt.
