Delicious alternative for with drinks, a healthy dip made from sunflower seeds. Just give it a try!

Ingrediënten
- 200 g of peeled sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 handfull of parsley
Instructies
- Soak the sunflower seeds in water, preferably 8 hours but at least 3 hours. Drain the sunflower seeds in a colander or sieve.
- Mix all ingredients in a mortar, food processor or pestle. If the dip remains too dry, add one or two tablespoons of water.
- Delicious with raw vegetables.
