This sunflower seed dip is delicious, easy, healthy and vegan. And it stays good in a sealed jar for at least a week, so you can enjoy it for a long time.

Sunflower seeds dip

Delicious alternative for with drinks, a healthy dip made from sunflower seeds. Just give it a try!

  • 200 g of peeled sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 handfull of parsley


  • Soak the sunflower seeds in water, preferably 8 hours but at least 3 hours. Drain the sunflower seeds in a colander or sieve.
  • Mix all ingredients in a mortar, food processor or pestle. If the dip remains too dry, add one or two tablespoons of water.
  • Delicious with raw vegetables.
