This beetroot dip is easy, delicious with a drink, but also delicious with a hearty lunch on a sandwich or toast.

  • 3 boiled red beets
  • 150 gr cream cheese
  • 2 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pepper, salt


  • Toast the cumin seeds in a dry frying pan until the fragrance is released.
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
