Imagine this. Friday afternoon, work finished, start of the weekend. Some friend come over for a drink and you serve them delicious hot flatbread with some homemade mezzes. Isn´t that a weekendstarter to enjoy?
Fluffy flatbread
Delicious soft flatbread without yeast. Delicious to eat your dips with!

Ingrediënten
- 260 g of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 175 ml cold water
Instructies
- Mix all the ingredients together. This can easily be done by hand but you can also do it in a food processor.
- Let the dough rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Split the dough into equal balls. Roll out the balls as finely as possible.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the flatbreads for a few minutes until tender. Bubbles will form, which is exactly what you want.
- When ready, place the flatbreads on a plate and cover with a clean tea towel to keep them warm.
