Fluffy flatbread
Delicious soft flatbread without yeast. Delicious to eat your dips with!

flour

baking powder

teaspoon of
salt

olive oil

teaspoon of
sugar

cold water
Instructies
Mix all the ingredients together. This can easily be done by hand but you can also do it in a food processor.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Split the dough into equal balls. Roll out the balls as finely as possible.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the flatbreads for a few minutes until tender. Bubbles will form, which is exactly what you want.
When ready, place the flatbreads on a plate and cover with a clean tea towel to keep them warm.
