Ingrediënten

  • 250 g green beans
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 white onions
  • 2 table spoons sweet soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili paste (Sambal Oelek)

Instructies

  • Steam or boil the beans until they are al dente.
  • Fry the finely chopped onions, garlic and ginger until translucent.
  • Add the soy sauce, sambal and sugar and stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add the beans and stir well.
