Ingrediënten
- 250 g green beans
- 2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
- 2 white onions
- 2 table spoons sweet soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon chili paste (Sambal Oelek)
Instructies
- Steam or boil the beans until they are al dente.
- Fry the finely chopped onions, garlic and ginger until translucent.
- Add the soy sauce, sambal and sugar and stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the beans and stir well.
