Always vegetarian, often vegan

Pasta Amatriciana or spicy pasta

When we went vegetarian, I missed this pasta. After all, meat eaters use bacon for this. But due to our discovery that you can prepare soy chunks very well as fake bacon, this pasta is regularly on the menu again. We often combine it with an old-fashioned sour cucumber salad, but a silver onion also tastes great with it.
