Vegan Shoarma

This shoarma is so incredibly delicious. A shoarma sandwich used to be one of my 'guilty pleasures', but since I'm a vegetarian, those tasty sandwiches were no longer on the menu. Until I read somewhere that oyster mushrooms have a super fleshy structure. Immediately went into the kitchen and made my old shoarma recipe with oyster mushrooms instead of meat. And completely perfect on the first try. Make them once too and see if you can easily turn this meal into a vegetarian one. Delicious with pita bread and sweet potato fries, elsewhere on the site
