Ingrediënten
- 8 big mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 hand parsley
- 1 tsp (spicy) paprika powder
- 40 gr grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructies
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. You use the stems for the filling.
- Place the empty mushrooms in a baking dish with the hollow side up.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Finely chop the stems and place in a bowl.
- Finely chop the parsley and garlic and add to the chopped mushroom stems.
- Add the cream cheese, paprika powder and salt and pepper and mix everything well together.
- Stuff the mushrooms and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Place in the oven and bake for +/- 25 minutes.
