Stuffed mushrooms

Quickly serve a tasty snack on the table, or serve these stuffed mushrooms as part of a starter for a festive dinner. We regularly make it for our Friday afternoon drinks!

Stuffed mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese and parsley.

  • 8 big mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 hand parsley
  • 1 tsp (spicy) paprika powder
  • 40 gr grated cheese
  • salt and pepper


  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. You use the stems for the filling.
  • Place the empty mushrooms in a baking dish with the hollow side up.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Finely chop the stems and place in a bowl.
  • Finely chop the parsley and garlic and add to the chopped mushroom stems.
  • Add the cream cheese, paprika powder and salt and pepper and mix everything well together.
  • Stuff the mushrooms and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  • Place in the oven and bake for +/- 25 minutes.
