Stuffed mushrooms
Stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese and parsley.

- 8 big mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 hand parsley
- 1 tsp (spicy) paprika powder
- 40 gr grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. You use the stems for the filling.
Place the empty mushrooms in a baking dish with the hollow side up.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Finely chop the stems and place in a bowl.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic and add to the chopped mushroom stems.
Add the cream cheese, paprika powder and salt and pepper and mix everything well together.
Stuff the mushrooms and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for +/- 25 minutes.
