Mango mousse
This mango mousse tastes delicious after, for example, a Mexican meal. The ginger gives it just that spicy touch that compensates for the sweetness of the mango.

Ingrediënten
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 150 ml cream
- 2 cm ginger root
- 2 eetlepels lemon juice
- 75 gram powdered sugar
Instructies
- Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
- Peel the ginger and grate it really fine.
- Blend the mangoes, ginger, lemon juice and icing sugar together.
- Beat the whipped cream.
- Remove a little mango mousse from the blender, for topping.
- Add the mango mousse to the whipped cream and fold together.
- Taste and add more powdered sugar if needed.
- Fill the glass, we used a piping bag, to three quarters and add some of the reserved mango mousse on top. A raspberry completes the picture.
