Mango mousse
This mango mousse tastes delicious after, for example, a Mexican meal. The ginger gives it just that spicy touch that compensates for the sweetness of the mango.

- 2 ripe mangoes
- 150 ml cream
- 2 cm ginger root
- 2 eetlepels lemon juice
- 75 gram powdered sugar
Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
Peel the ginger and grate it really fine.
Blend the mangoes, ginger, lemon juice and icing sugar together.
Beat the whipped cream.
Remove a little mango mousse from the blender, for topping.
Add the mango mousse to the whipped cream and fold together.
Taste and add more powdered sugar if needed.
Fill the glass, we used a piping bag, to three quarters and add some of the reserved mango mousse on top. A raspberry completes the picture.
