Grilled halloumi

Halloumi is a Cypriot cheese. It is made from a mixture of goat and cow milk. Halloumi is very protein-rich and therefore ideal for vegetarians and anyone who likes cheese.Halloumi tastes fairly salty and is a real grill cheese. The cheese will not melt when you grill it until it has beautiful grill marks. Eat it with a dipping sauce, in a salad or in a wrap.
