Grilled halloumi. Eat it with a dipsauce, in a wrap or a salad.
- 100 g Halloumi cheese
- olive oil
- Cut the halloumi into thin slices. We coated it with a little bit of olive oil, but it's not really necessary.
- Preheat a grill pan or the grill of your oven.
- Grill the halloumi until nice grill marks appear. Then turn it over and wait until grill marks are visible on the other side as well.
- Eat it with a dipping sauce, in a wrap or in a salad.
