- 100 g Halloumi cheese
- olive oil
Cut the halloumi into thin slices. We coated it with a little bit of olive oil, but it's not really necessary.
Preheat a grill pan or the grill of your oven.
Grill the halloumi until nice grill marks appear. Then turn it over and wait until grill marks are visible on the other side as well.
Eat it with a dipping sauce, in a wrap or in a salad.
