Ingrediënten

  • 100 g Halloumi cheese
  • olive oil

Instructies

  • Cut the halloumi into thin slices. We coated it with a little bit of olive oil, but it's not really necessary.
  • Preheat a grill pan or the grill of your oven.
  • Grill the halloumi until nice grill marks appear. Then turn it over and wait until grill marks are visible on the other side as well.
  • Eat it with a dipping sauce, in a wrap or in a salad.
