Apparatuur
- 1 mini pancake pan
- 1 spray bottle
Ingrediënten
- 150 gr flour
- 1,5 tsp dry yeast
- 250 ml (vegetable) milk
- 1 tsp salt
- butter or sunflower oil
- powdered sugar
Instructies
- Mix the flour with the yeast and add the milk little by little while mixing. If necessary, use some more milk.
- Add the salt.
- Mix until a slightly thicker mass is formed. The batter remains thicker than that of pancakes.
- Heat the mini pancake pan until it is very hot.
- Use a brush to grease the dimples with melted butter or sunflower oil.
- Using the spray bottle, spray the batter into each dimple.
- As soon as the top is dry, turn the poffertjes quickly with a fork and let them cook on the other side for a while.
- Slide the poffertjes onto a plate and start again.
- Divide the poffertjes over plates and eat them with icing sugar and butter.
