Ingrediënten

  • 1 small cauliflower chopped in florets
  • 10 black olives
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 8 radishes
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 silver skin onions
  • 10 small pickles
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructies

  • Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water with a little salt for 7 minutes.
  • Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  • Let the cauliflower florets cool.
  • Cut the silver skinned onions, radishes, red onion and gherkins into small pieces. Cut the eggs into slices.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder with some salt and pepper.
  • Mix the cauliflower with the dressing. Garnish with the pickled onions, gherkins, capers, radishes and eggs.
