Cauliflower salad

Ingrediënten
- 1 small cauliflower chopped in florets
- 10 black olives
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 8 radishes
- 2 eggs
- 10 silver skin onions
- 10 small pickles
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp capers
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructies
- Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water with a little salt for 7 minutes.
- Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Let the cauliflower florets cool.
- Cut the silver skinned onions, radishes, red onion and gherkins into small pieces. Cut the eggs into slices.
- Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder with some salt and pepper.
- Mix the cauliflower with the dressing. Garnish with the pickled onions, gherkins, capers, radishes and eggs.
