small cauliflower chopped in florets

black olives

red onion sliced

mayonnaise
Instructies
Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water with a little salt for 7 minutes.
Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Let the cauliflower florets cool.
Cut the silver skinned onions, radishes, red onion and gherkins into small pieces. Cut the eggs into slices.
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder with some salt and pepper.
Mix the cauliflower with the dressing. Garnish with the pickled onions, gherkins, capers, radishes and eggs.
