- 1 wok
Ingrediënten
- 400 g of broccoli cut into florets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of salty soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- pepper, salt
Instructies
- Chop the garlic very finely.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch well.
- Stir fry the broccoli florets in a little sunflower or peanut oil.
- After 2 minutes, add the garlic and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Now add the sauce and shake the broccoli so that the sauce is all around it.
- Delicious with every Asian main meal.
