Ingrediënten
- 500 gr broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 100 gr mushrooms
- 185 gr vegetarian chiccken pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian spices
- 1 tsp spicy smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- pepper and salt
Instructies
- Cut the broccoli into florets and grind them in a food processor, or chop very finely so that it resembles rice.
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the onion and cut the tomato and mushrooms into cubes.
- Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with a little olive oil until they are brown. Remove them from the pan onto a plate and set them aside.
- Now put the rest of the olive oil in the pan and fry the onion.
- Then add the bell pepper, tomato and broccoli and let it fry for 10 minutes.
- Now add the mushrooms and the vegetarian chicken pieces.
- Add the herbs and cream cheese and cook for a further 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
