- 500 gr broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 100 gr mushrooms
- 185 gr vegetarian chiccken pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian spices
- 1 tsp spicy smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- pepper and salt
Cut the broccoli into florets and grind them in a food processor, or chop very finely so that it resembles rice.
Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the onion and cut the tomato and mushrooms into cubes.
Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with a little olive oil until they are brown. Remove them from the pan onto a plate and set them aside.
Now put the rest of the olive oil in the pan and fry the onion.
Then add the bell pepper, tomato and broccoli and let it fry for 10 minutes.
Now add the mushrooms and the vegetarian chicken pieces.
Add the herbs and cream cheese and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
