Chili oil
This spicy chili oil gets better the longer you let it sit. We always have a bottle of it on the counter, great with anything that could use a little spice.

Ingrediënten
- 6 spicy chili peppers, we used chili peppers here but you can also use piri piri or habanero peppers
- 5 cloves of garlic (optional)
- 0,5 liter olive oil
Instructies
- Cut the peppers and garlic into small pieces and put them in the oil.
- The oil tastes good within a few days, but gets spicier the longer it sits.
- Do you find it too spicy? Then feel free to add some more oil.
