We always have a bottle of this spicy chili oil in stock. Tasty with all dishes that can use some extra spice.

Chili oil

This spicy chili oil gets better the longer you let it sit. We always have a bottle of it on the counter, great with anything that could use a little spice.

  • 6 spicy chili peppers, we used chili peppers here but you can also use piri piri or habanero peppers
  • 5 cloves of garlic (optional)
  • 0,5 liter olive oil


  • Cut the peppers and garlic into small pieces and put them in the oil.
  • The oil tastes good within a few days, but gets spicier the longer it sits.
  • Do you find it too spicy? Then feel free to add some more oil.
