Egg salad
This egg salad is delicious on toast for breakfast, or on toast or a piece of baguette with a drink.

Ingrediënten
- 4 eggs
- 1 hand chives
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp (Greek) yogurt
- pepper and salt
Instructies
- Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Finely chop the chives.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, add the chives.
- Cut the peeled eggs into small pieces and mix with the mayonnaise yogurt mixture.
- Taste and season with some salt and pepper.
