Egg salad

This egg salad is delicious on toast for breakfast, or on toast or a piece of baguette with a drink.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 hand chives
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp (Greek) yogurt
  • pepper and salt


  • Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  • Finely chop the chives.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, add the chives.
  • Cut the peeled eggs into small pieces and mix with the mayonnaise yogurt mixture.
  • Taste and season with some salt and pepper.
