Egg salad
This egg salad is delicious on toast for breakfast, or on toast or a piece of baguette with a drink.

- 4 eggs
- 1 hand chives
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp (Greek) yogurt
- pepper and salt
Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the chives.
Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, add the chives.
Cut the peeled eggs into small pieces and mix with the mayonnaise yogurt mixture.
Taste and season with some salt and pepper.
