Apparatuur

  • Mold of 24 cm in diameter with removable bottom or springform

Ingrediënten

  • 1 package puff pastry or roll puff pastry
  • 12 plums
  • 200 ml soy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp powdered sugar

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Grease the mold and place a sheet of baking paper on the bottom.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and use it to line the mold including the edges. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork so that the dough does not rise too much
  • Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Cut the halves into slices and place them in circles in the tin. A second layer of plums may be added so that there is enough filling in it.
  • Mix the soy cream with the eggs and pour over the plums.
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes. Let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
