Mushroom salad

Just an idea. Why always cold salad? We love, especially in cold periods, to add something warm to our salads. That's how we added delicious mushrooms here. Not really a recipe but an idea perhaps.

Mushroom salad

Actually, not really a recipe, more of an inspiration. Try making a delicious salad with sautéed mushrooms. We found these little mushrooms in the supermarket, but mushrooms taste great too, of course.

  • 100 g mushroom
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g lamb´s lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper


  • Brown the mushrooms in a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Mix the rest of the olive oil, apple vinegar, honey, mustard, pepper and salt to make a nice vinaigrette.
  • Mix the lamb's lettuce with the cherry tomatoes and the vinaigrette.
  • Add the sautéed mushrooms.
