Bell Pepper Salad

Salad of grilled peppers, delicious with or without garlic. Season it with fresh thyme or fresh oregano.

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil, pepper, salt
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme or fresh oregano


  • Grill the peppers until the skin is slightly charred. Place them in a plastic bag and let them cool. This ensures that the skin comes off easily. When they have cooled, remove the skin. Remove the seeds and cut the bell pepper into strips.
  • Mix the juice of 1 lemon with a dash of olive oil, pepper, salt and thyme or oregano. Add the finely chopped garlic.
  • Mix the bell pepper with the dressing and mix well.
  • This salad is nice warm but also cold.
