Chocolate mousse (VEGAN)

Do you want to eat vegan and do you think you will never be able to eat chocolate mousse again? Then this is your recipe, a delicious chocolate mousse based on ........ avocado. Easy to prepare and really delicious.

Chocolademousse (VEGAN)

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 40 gram cacao
  • 60 gram black chocolate
  • 75 ml rice milk, soy milk, almond milk, whatever you prefer
  • agave syrup or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 eetlepel chocolate drops or pure sprinkles
  • 1 theelepel vanilla extract


Chocolademousse (VEGAN)

  • Melt the dark chocolate au bain marie (Put the chocolate in a pan that you put in a pan of boiling water. Make sure that no water gets to the chocolate!)
  • Remove the pit from the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  • Place all ingredients in the blender, food processor or mortar and mix everything well so that a dark brown mousse is created.
  • Taste and season with maple syrup or agave syrup.
  • Spoon the mousse into the bowls in which you want to serve it and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
