Banana bread with dates and hazelnuts (vegan)

Ingrediënten
- 4 bananas (preferably a little brown)
- 100 gr oatmeal (ground into oat flour)
- 100 gr medjoul dates
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp flax seed grinded
- 6 tbsp water
- 50 gr hazelnuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grind the oatmeal into flour.
- Mix the water and flax seed flour until a paste is formed.
- Mix all ingredients, except the hazelnuts, in a food processor until you have a moist, thick batter.
- Crush the hazelnuts in a mortar and mix with the batter.
- Grease a baking pan and fill it with the batter.
- Bake the banana bread in the oven for 30 minutes.
