Delicious and healthy breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yet we regularly struggled to have a good breakfast. We found bread too heavy and often didn’t eat breakfast at all. When we stayed with friends, we were served this breakfast bowl. With cereals and fruit. Since then, we have been eating this almost every day. We make the blueberry yoghurt twice a week, so we don’t have to use the blender every day.

Ingrediënten
Create your own blueberry yoghurt
- 250 ml of yoghurt
- 50 g of blueberries
Garnish
- 4 tablespoons of roasted cereals (granola)
- 2 strawberries
- 4 raspberries
- 10 blueberries
Instructies
Create your own blueberry yoghurt
- Blend the yoghurt with the blueberries to make a nice purple yoghurt.
- Or buy ready-made blueberry yoghurt at the supermarket.
Bowl assembly
- Fill a pretty bowl with your blueberry yoghurt.
- Spoon the granola over half the bowl.
- Cover the granola with the strawberry slices, raspberries and blueberries.
- Enjoy.
