Bell pepper sandwich spread
Sandwich spreads have recently become a favorite spread in our house. They are easy to make and you can vary a lot. We'll start here with our bell pepper spread.

Ingrediënten
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 shallots
- 2 handful parsley
- pepper and salt
Instructies
- Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Peel the shallots and cut into coarse pieces. Do the same with the tomato.
- Now add all ingredients together in the food processor or blender and blend until a spreadable spread is formed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- This spread can be kept in the fridge for at least 5 days.
