white chocolate chopped
red food coloring
pinch of salt
Instructies
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Cover a baking tray or two with baking paper.
Mix all the ingredients together except the white chocolate and the red food coloring.
When everything is well mixed add food coloring. A little at a time until you have the desired color.
Add the white chocolate pieces.
Shape the dough into balls and place them on the baking tray. Flatten them a bit. Don't put them too close together because they spread out a bit.
Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven, let the cookies cool slightly and then place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
