- 50 g raw cashews
- 3 tablespoons nutricional yeast
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- pepper, salt
Finely grind the cashew nuts in a food processor or mortar.
Mix in the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Store in a tightly closed jar. Shelf life for several weeks.
