Parmesan cheese (Vegan)

One of the things that keeps us from going completely vegan is the lack of cheese. Fortunately, this recipe succeeded in replacing Parmesan cheese with a great vegan version. And easy to make and easy to store. Give it a try!

Ingrediënten

  • 50 g raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons nutricional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pepper, salt

Instructies

  • Finely grind the cashew nuts in a food processor or mortar.
  • Mix in the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Store in a tightly closed jar. Shelf life for several weeks.
