Instructies
Taco sauce
Fry a finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Cut the peppers into pieces and add them to the onion.
Toast the coriander seeds and cumin seeds in a dry frying pan and grind them finely in a mortar. Add to the onion-pepper mixture.
Add canned tomatoes and bring to a boil. Now let it simmer for at least 40 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Poke Bowl
Cook the rice as indicated on the packaging.
Finely chop the bell pepper, tomato, avocado and cucumber. Finely grate the red cabbage.
Put some rice in a bowl and add all the ingredients.
