Homemade granola, delicious and adjustable to your own taste.

Ingrediënten

Granola

  • 300 gr oat flakes
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 100 gr almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts (we use what is in the kitchen cupboard)
  • 150 gr seeds: sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, chia seed, linseed, sesame seed
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml maple syrup or agave syrup

Instructies

Granola

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Now mix all dry ingredients together in a baking pan. Stir well so that all the spices are well distributed.
  • Now add the olive oil and maple syrup and stir well again.
  • Now bake the granola in the oven for 30 minutes. Stir well after 15 minutes so that all oats are toasted.
  • Store the granola in a sealed container, it will keep for weeks. Also delicious with your breakfast.
