- 350 gr all-purpose flour
- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 4 Granny Smith or other sour apples
- 75 gr sultanas

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Grease the springform pan and line it with baking paper.
Mix the butter, sugar and egg until smooth.
Add the vanilla sugar and baking powder and mix in.
Now add the flour and mix for 7 counts! If you mix longer, it will become solid and you won't have crumbs.
Peel and slice the apples.
Cover the bottom of the mould with half the crumble topping.
Place the slices on the crumbly pastry. Sprinkle the sultanas on top and then cinnamon to taste.
Put the rest of the crumble in the mould and spread well over the apples.
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes. Depending on your oven. When the cake is nice and golden brown, it is ready.
